The Ambassadors consist of a group of Chamber Members that volunteer their time and talents to the Chamber and outreach to new and potential members. This active and energetic group meets once a month to share ideas and provide support for business growth and Chamber member retention. They also provide volunteer support at all of the Chamber programs.

This Committee meets monthly. Issues relating to business and marketing are brought to the meeting by the representatives. The committee discusses the issue and makes recommendations to either the representative or to the Board of Directors if need be. This committee is focused on being a liaison between the Members, local government and the Board of Directors.

The Career Connections Committee meets monthly. The members of this committee consist of representatives from Fenton, Lake Fenton, and Linden School Districts and member businesses. This program exposes students to business people and various types of careers. Accomplished programs include: Boys & Business, Girls & Business, Scholarships, and presentations from renowned public speaker Craig Tornquist.

The Finance Committee meets monthly and is responsible for assisting the Board in ensuing the organization is in good fiscal health. The Treasurer of the Board serves as the Chair of the Finance Committee.

The Governance Committee meets monthly and is responsible for ongoing review and recommendations to enhance the quality and future viability of the Board. The focus of the committee revolves around the following five areas: Board Role and Responsibilities, Board Composition, Board Knowledge, Board Effectiveness and Board Leadership.
The committee organizes and conducts an annual Meet the Candidates event for Fenton and/or Linden City Council every other year. When the local government does not have an election, Meet the Candidates is held for State Representative. Candidates are invited to attend and answer questions that relate to and that affect the business climate. They refer back to the voting records/notes from the city council meetings when scoring Candidates running for local government positions. They also organize and conduct annually a Forecast Breakfast Event in January. At the breakfast, representatives from local and surrounding municipalities are invited to speak on projects and issues that affect business in their area.

This Committee organizes and plans the largest Chamber event, the Fenton Community Expo. The event is held at the Fenton High School in early March. This event gives local businesses a chance to display their products and services to the public.

This Committee plans and organizes the annual Chamber Golf Scramble event. The Golf Scramble is held at a local golf course in late spring. This event gives Chamber Members a chance to sponsor and/or network with other Members while enjoying a round of golf.

This Committee organizes and plans the annual Taste in Fenton. The event is held at the Community & Cultural Center in downtown Fenton in the late summer. This event gives local restaurants a chance to showcase their delicious menu selections. The event provides entertainment, a root beer float stand and a beverage tent that includes beer and wine selections.

This Committee organizes and plans the Chamber's Annual Dinner. The themed dinner invites all Chamber Members to reflect upon the events of the current year, as well as, socialize with other Members. The yearly award recipients of the Community Service Award, Enterprise Award, Entrepreneur Award, Ambassador of the Year, and Educator of the Year are presented at the Annual Dinner.

This event is a holiday celebration which invites businesses to participate by offering sponsorships and advertising packages. The goal of this event is to encourage the community to proudly promote Fenton and or Linden by supporting local businesses. A huge variety of holiday activities take place at this event on the first weekend in December. Linden has a holiday parade in the morning and Fenton has an evening lighted holiday parade, as well as a run/ walk race. Both communities have ice sculptures, entertainment, and holiday shopping just to name a few of the fun festivities.
